About This Project

The team behind Grano in Bucharest knows that great street food begins with great ingredients. Inspired by the philosophy of their acclaimed restaurant, they decided to bring the same attention to quality, service and flavour onto the road with a fully equipped pasta food truck.
 
Grano is known in Bucharest as a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, appreciated for its refined approach to Italian cuisine, combining authentic recipes with carefully selected ingredients imported from Italy. With this restaurant on wheels, the team created a new way to share their culinary identity: a mobile kitchen serving fresh pasta and Italian specialties directly on the street.
 
The result is a vibrant street food concept that carries the elegance of Italian gastronomy into a dynamic urban environment, allowing more people to experience the flavours that made Grano a reference for Italian cuisine in the Romanian capital.
