The four steps to build a CHEF EDITION food truck:

  1. defining the concept: menu analysis, volumes, pace, target events and image requirements;
  2. design + systems layout: drawings, ergonomics, equipment positioning, heat dissipation, safety;
  3. equipment selection: aligned with the chef’s needs and habits;
  4. construction, testing and delivery: with support and after-sales services.

Yorann Vandriessche

Yorann Vandriessche is a French chef who earned 1 Michelin star with the restaurant L’Arbre au Soleil in Le Lavandou (French Riviera), standing out for a highly personal, refined cuisine between sea and land.
Alongside his restaurant work, he has also developed a gourmet street food project, Street ArBre, bringing his style to the road with 2 Chef Edition food trucks designed for events and local catering.

Damien Carlen

Damien Carlen is an Alsatian (Weitbruch, Bas-Rhin) Michelin-starred chef, associated with the restaurant project L’Atelier d’E&D and co-founder of E&D Traiteur, a mobile-cuisine project focused on events.
To express his passion in the street-food space, he uses a Chef Edition food truck built by VS Veicoli Speciali and used as a mobile restaurant to serve on the street and at events.

Eric Girardin

Éric Girardin is a French chef leading Restaurant Girardin – La Maison des Têtes in Colmar (Alsace), awarded 1 Michelin star: an elegant, refined cuisine strongly tied to the region and seasonality.
For a few years now, he has also been involved in gourmet street food with the project “Ma Fabrique du Burger”, an itinerant author-burger concept developed on a Chef Edition burger truck in collaboration with VS.
