About This Project

Street food is not always about fast and simple food. Sometimes it can become a fine dining experience on wheels. That is exactly the idea behind “Stars in the Street”, the Michelin Star food truck created by renowned Italian chef Marco Sacco.

Chef Sacco, known for his Michelin-starred restaurant Piccolo Lago on Lake Mergozzo, decided to bring his culinary philosophy beyond the walls of the restaurant. With this food truck, his team can serve refined bistro-style dishes inspired by his cuisine, allowing a wider audience to taste creations developed by a Michelin-starred chef.

Main features of the Michelin Star Food Truck “Stars in the Street”:

  • Fiat Ducato
  • Extractor hood and external stack
  • Column Fridge
  • n°1 Fridge 1 door
  • Sliding display showcase with cash register zone
  • Generator TEC60 – 6kW
  • Independent water system with hot water
  • Electrical system 220V 32A
  • LED illumination 3000°K

A Michelin Star food truck like this shows how high-end cuisine can evolve into a powerful new format for chefs and restaurant brands. It allows you to present signature dishes, reach new audiences and participate in prestigious events while strengthening your personal brand.

For Michelin-starred chefs and fine dining restaurants, a food truck can become a strategic extension of the kitchen, a mobile stage where creativity and gastronomy meet the energy of the street.

If you are a chef thinking about taking your cuisine beyond the restaurant, tell us about your vision.
