Yoranne Vandriessche is a French chef who, after having been awarded with a Michelin star, closed his restaurant to open a new one in Le Lavandou on the French Riviera. The restaurant is called l’Arbre au Soleil and its business has been strengthened with two food trucks, an mini food truck and this NV Food Truck, which Yoranne uses for promotional purposes and for offering a local catering service.
