About This Project
Comunità Incontro chooses a Piaggio Porter FX to create a Fried Food Truck designed as a tool for training, work and social reintegration.
In this project, the fried-food concept becomes a workshop for cooking and life skills: a place where people can learn to take responsibility, respect working hours, manage contact with the public and keep up with the rhythm of service.
The Piaggio Porter FX provides a suitable base for this type of setup because it combines manageable dimensions with real operating space. The working environment is designed to be practical, safe and easy to use, even for those who are developing a new professional skill.
The kitchen area, the flat electric griddle, the electric deep fryer and the counter-top refrigerators are designed to organise a fast service in an orderly way.
