About This Project

Three friends, one obsession: the perfect burger. The founders of The Hamburger Foundation started with a simple dream — to bring back the real hamburger, made with high-quality ingredients and local “KM 0” products. Today that dream travels on the road aboard two food trucks: a burger trailer and this powerful mobile burger truck.

With their unmistakable style and passion for street food, the THF team serves juicy burgers prepared with carefully selected meat, fresh bread and ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Their mission is simple: save the real burger from extinction and share it with people wherever they go.

Built on a Fiat Ducato and equipped with a professional kitchen, this burger truck allows the team to prepare and serve high-quality burgers quickly and efficiently at festivals, markets and busy urban locations across Switzerland.
