About This Project
Como Civil Protection wanted a special food truck to take mobile catering beyond its usual setting, turning it into a practical service for the community.
This is not a food truck designed to pursue commercial opportunities, but a vehicle ready to go into operation whenever a refreshment point needs to be set up during an emergency, response operation or on-site deployment.
The Ducato provides the space needed to integrate professional equipment, store food and work in an organised environment. Once opened, the vehicle becomes a well-lit, air-conditioned workstation, ready to prepare coffee and hot meals for civilians and all the personnel involved.
