About This Project

Chef and member of the French Culinary Academy, Bruno Deligne chose a Ape V-Curve to spread delicacies around Nouvelle-Aquitaine, where his business is located. Thanks to its captivating vintage look and high-quality equipment, this small itinerant Piaggio restaurant allows him to present gourmet dishes with unprecedented elegance.

  • Roof-mounted cabinets along the perimeter

  • 220V 16A electrical system with thermomagnetic circuit breaker on each user
  • 2 lamps on the side door
  • 1 whiteboard

 

The Piaggio Ape converted into a small mobile restaurant creates an opportunity to offer one’s cuisines in many situations and events which otherwise would be difficult to reach.
