About This Project

In Rhêmes, in the Aosta Valley, there’s a shop known to everyone for the quality and authenticity of its typical products. It’s called Hibou, and its owner, Fabio, decided it was time to expand his business by purchasing a customised sandwich truck.

After a careful analysis of his needs, we opted for a mini food trailer based on the Yield setup, equipped to sell sandwiches and focaccias filled with cheeses, cold cuts, and other Hibou delicacies.

Moreover, the trailer is equipped with an electrical system including an external socket, battery, and solar panel to operate in complete autonomy.

The Yield trailer is an excellent solution for street food, being very compact when closed and quite spacious when opened. It can be transported and placed anywhere, standing out for its fine and essential design.
