Food Truck Gelateria Pistacchio

About This Project

We built a new food truck gelateria for Pistacchio designed to bring ice cream and desserts directly to customers. Compact on the outside and highly functional inside, it allows the brand to serve gelato wherever demand is highest.

This vehicle includes a 12+12 tub ice cream fridge unit, a glass-door fridge for soft drinks, large stainless-steel work shelves, a water system and spacious open storage areas with shelving. The interior and exterior were fully customised with the company’s branding, turning the vehicle into a true extension of the gelateria.

230V 16A electrical system with thermomagnetic circuit breaker on each user
2 3000°K LED strips along the entire length of the interiors

1 storage area with two doors and an internal shelf
1 open and raised wooden shelf with 4 LED spotlights
1 open storage unit with a shelf
1 one-door 67L fridge with a glass door
2 hot plates for making waffles
