About This Project

This Ice Cream Food Truck, built on a Piaggio Porter Craft X, was made for Kalle (Finland) and will be added to a fleet that already includes an Ape Gelato Truck they purchased a few years ago. Bright orange and designed to meet a strong demand for quality Italian gelato, this setup includes a fridge unit with 10+10 ice cream tubs, a large storage area with shelves, a closed storage space with two doors, an open compartment for a portable and rechargeable battery, and an electrical outlet inside the vehicle.

Operating in Finland, Kalle has built its concept around serving authentic Italian gelato in high-traffic locations and seasonal events, combining product quality with a strong visual identity.

1 ice cream fridge unit with 10+10 tubs
1 storage area with two doors and an internal shelf
1 open and raised wooden shelf with 4 LED spotlights
1 open storage unit with a shelf
1 open compartment for the rechargeable battery
6 LED spotlights on the side door
2 3000°K LED strips along the entire length of the interiors
5 16A Schuko sockets
Independent water system with hot water
230V 16A electrical system with thermomagnetic circuit breaker on each user
