Ape Bedda was born of an idea by Tiziana, an architect, and Basilio, a radio speaker, united by their dream of converting their passion – Cucina Siciliana – into a job. Having left Milan to head for Sicily aboard their Mobile Sandwich Truck, they spend their days selling bread garnished with 100% organic products and telling stories about Sicily.
