At the foot of the historic castle of Neuchâtel, Café de la Collégiale has created a unique experience that blends location, quality and flexibility. Alongside its restaurant, the brand introduced a Food Truck Café to expand its presence and serve visitors directly in one of the most scenic spots in town.
 
Overlooking the lake and the old town, this location attracts a constant flow of tourists and locals. With its mobile setup, Café de la Collégiale can offer tartare, burgers and quick dishes without the limitations of a fixed structure, adapting service to peak hours, events and seasonal demand.
