It is called Wine Truck Events Chez Filou, and it is the successful venture of Philippe and Lucie, a close-knit father and daughter, both passionate about fine wines and good food.
Philippe Pastot is still today an actor, director and artistic director of the theatre and popular music company Imagin’action – Compagnie du Regard, which he founded in 1987.
He is also a lover of travel, through which he discovered the richness of Japanese cuisine and its beverages, especially sake.
His appreciation for natural wines began in his youth, and since then he has developed considerable expertise in the wine sector, getting to know many French winegrowers personally, especially those most committed to environmental sustainability.
Lucie, naturally, grew up in a stimulating environment, open to cultural diversity and rich in encounters.
After graduating, she began working for a press agency, which gave her the opportunity to travel the world. She then became responsible for communication and event organisation.
Today, she is also the administrator of the company founded by her father.

They wanted to create something original: opportunities for people to come together in a festive atmosphere and share the pleasure of good products from the land.
A wine truck, supported by a strong communication strategy, could make their dream possible.
In 2021, they came into contact with an Italian food truck manufacturer based in Turin. Ten months later, the wine truck had become a reality.
The Concept Behind Wine Truck Events Chez Filou
Philippe and Lucie’s wine truck is much more than a mobile wine shop. It is a travelling wine bar, offering the chance to taste wines, food and beverages such as craft beers, champagne and Japanese sake.
Wine Truck Events Chez Filou represents the encounter between East and West, bringing together the best of both worlds: carefully selected products from organic farming.
Wines from the Loire, Alsace and Touraine, as well as Corsican and Italian wines. Craft beers from the regions of Eure-et-Loir, Essonne and Yvelines, and others from Japan. A selection of exceptional Japanese and French sakes. Delicious black pork charcuterie, organic vegetable, fish and hummus spreads, and a selection of raw-milk cheeses. And then Japanese specialities too, such as onigiri, maki and dorayaki.
Wine Truck Events Chez Filou transforms the ancient craft of the wine merchant into a joyful troupe of wandering gourmets: ambassadors of taste and promoters of beautiful moments of sharing.
Making all this possible is the wine truck built by VS Veicoli Speciali, transforming a Citroën Jumper into an NV Food Truck set-up.
A vehicle custom-built to meet Philippe and Lucie’s needs, fully compliant with French and European food hygiene regulations.
The wine truck is equipped with everything required to serve large quantities of drinks and provide a professional bar service: a refrigerated display case, a refrigerator column, two bottle refrigerators with glass doors, spacious storage compartments, ceiling-mounted glass racks, a rinser, a glass washer, shelves and drawers, everything designed to make the work of the bartenders on board easier.
In short, it is an efficient work tool, with a comfortable design and undeniable aesthetic charm.
A special wine truck to bring every event to life
Wine Truck Events Chez Filou mainly operates in the Paris area and in the Eure-et-Loir region, but its clientele extends throughout France.
Philippe and Lucie offer their catering service for every type of event:
