In Geneva, fry lovers know there’s one name that stands out: Misses Fries, a mobile kiosk specialised in gourmet fries and crispy takeaway assortments served with a variety of sauces and toppings.
 
Active in street locations and events across the city, Misses Fries has built its reputation on speed of service and a simple yet highly appealing offer. To support this growth and expand its catering services for parties, corporate events and private celebrations, the brand needed a french fry food truck equipped for high-volume production.
