An “odd couple” that decided to change their lives drastically thanks to an Omelette Food Truck selling really good food in the streets. They love to cook, eat and drink well and have decided to “return to the earth” and start their own mobile food business.
The aim is to rediscover the simple and tasty dishes of Italy’s traditional cucina, while taking into account seasonality, product quality and the territory where they operate their Omelette Truck. Panini and omelettes are their most popular dishes.
