Eggs, flour, water and… a Piaggio Ape! These are the ingredients of an easy recipe that is eminently successful. Passion runs on three wheels and warms up people’s hearts with homemade pasta prepared on a daily basis. Italian traditions take to the street aboard a pasta food truck fitted out as an itinerant shop with all the flair of contemporary street food.
