With the extensive experience acquired in the time-honoured family-run fishery and their passion for seafood cooking, the Bosio Brothers gave life to “Dolce Amare”, a project for the sale of fish dishes, especially sushi and sashimi, from a Seafood Truck.
An original, very innovative way to offer fresh fish on a 360-degree basis, with catering service included!
