About This Project

This sushi truck was developed for Bagong Maracaiba, a dynamic food concept operating in Northern Italy. The brand focuses on an innovative mobile food format supported by a modern food lab, preparing fresh sushi, maki, poke and bao designed mainly for pick-up and delivery services.

To complement this flexible business model, VS built a custom food truck capable of bringing the Maracaiba offer directly to customers in urban areas, events and street food locations. The vehicle allows the team to prepare and serve Japanese-inspired dishes quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
