The SanFish team is a great example of how passion and determination can turn a street food idea into a successful business. After years of working in the food truck scene and refining their seafood recipes, they decided to take the next step and create a fully equipped fish truck together with VS Veicoli Speciali.
Built on a Peugeot Boxer and outfitted with a professional kitchen, this fish truck allows the SanFish crew to prepare fresh seafood dishes directly on the street, bringing the flavours of the sea to markets, festivals and busy urban locations across Austria.
Their concept is simple but irresistible: high-quality fish, crispy fried specialties and freshly prepared dishes served quickly in a welcoming street food atmosphere.
