After gaining popularity on Réunion Island with two burger joints known for their bold fusion of Japanese flavors and local cuisine, the Shiso Burger team decided to raise the bar even higher.
That’s how their new project was born: a lively hamburger truck built on a Piaggio Porter, fully equipped to serve steaming donburi, curry bowls, and generous salads with katsu, salmon, or tofu. A kitchen that blends Japan with a touch of Creole tradition, ready to move on four wheels to bring flavor and color everywhere.
