About This Project

Oysters and champagne served on the roadside, in Milan, from a champagne truck with a vintage flavour: a delicacy that the citizens of Milan like so much it has already become a must. The idea came from the owner Giacomo Bistrò. Every evening, he loads his Champagne Food Truck with champagne, sparkling wine, canapés and oysters and… the mobile aperitif.
