About This Project

When tradition meets innovation. This pasta food truck based on a Renault Master was created by VS Veicoli Speciali to help the Marnico team bring their famous bigoli pasta and other Italian specialties directly to customers across Italy.
 
Bigoli is a traditional pasta from Northern Italy known for its thick texture and rich sauces. With this fully equipped pasta food truck, the Marnico project transforms a classic regional dish into a modern street food concept, allowing fresh pasta to be prepared and served quickly in markets, festivals and busy urban locations.
