The first pudding truck built on Piaggio Ape to serve rice pudding, an old-school comfort dessert reinvented as a modern street-food hit. Created for Éclats de Riz (born in Nantes in 2018), this concept elevates riz au lait with original recipes, an approach focused on organic, local ingredients, and a lighter sweetness, making it perfect not only as dessert but also as a snack-on-the-go.
