About This Project

ED Traiteur is the mobile restaurant that Émilie and Damien have always desired. Designed for catering service in Alsace (France), it will accompany weddings, baptisms, first communions, private parties, and corporate events with a touch of elegance and quality.
 
Émilie, an experienced maître d’, will lead the team to ensure flawless organization, while Damien, a Michelin-starred chef, will win over guests with refined creations made from fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. All of this is complemented by beverages and aperitifs that make every moment even more convivial.
