Les Churros du Chef has once again partnered with VS Veicoli Speciali to expand its concept on the streets of Paris with a custom churros truck built on the Piaggio Ape, a compact, high-visibility format made for fast service and strong brand recall.

What makes this project especially interesting for churrerías is the product positioning: Les Churros du Chef promotes chef-developed recipes, 100% natural ingredients and a non-fried cooking method, offering a modern take that fits today’s street-food demand.
